Impulsonics to Showcase Cell Passaging Technology at ELRIG Drug Discovery 2025
We’re excited to announce that Impulsonics will be exhibiting at ELRIG Drug Discovery 2025, one of Europe’s leading life sciences conferences, taking place on October 21–22 at the Exhibition Centre, Liverpool.
Impulsonics will be based at stand BZ 20 in the Breakthrough Zone, where attendees can meet our team, learn more about our work, and explore how our acoustic platform can radically simplify their automation workflows. We will also be sharing the latest data from our lab on a cutting edge new approach to massively simplify cell passaging. Whether you're curious about our science or looking for new solutions to streamline your workflows, we’d love to talk.
Dr Luke Cox, our CEO, will also be delivering a presentation at 3.20pm on Tuesday 21st in the Breakthrough Zone, offering powerful insights into how our “dancing cell” technology enables radical simplicity in complex cell culture processes.
ELRIG Drug Discovery 2025
Organised by the European Laboratory Research & Innovation Group (ELRIG), this annual event brings together thousands of scientists, technologists, and innovators from across the globe. With a focus on cutting-edge research and emerging technologies, ELRIG Drug Discovery offers a dynamic programme of keynote talks, scientific tracks, workshops, and exhibitions - all designed to foster collaboration and accelerate progress in drug development.
This year’s event will feature sessions on advances in robotics and automation for the life sciences, AI, disease modelling, ‘omics technologies, oncology, and neurodegenerative research.
ELRIG Drug Discovery is a vibrant, inclusive environment. The event is free, with an impressive dedication to accessibility (including faith rooms, and family and quiet rooms) allowing ideas to flourish and connections to be made – for all.
We’re looking forward to connecting with the Life Science community and sharing our journey. If you’re attending Drug Discovery 2025, be sure to stop by the Breakthrough Zone and say hello. We can’t wait to meet you!
See you in Liverpool!
About Impulsonics
Impulsonics is a start-up dedicated to making biotech automation simple and scalable so scientists can focus on the problems that matter.
Building on decades of deep research at the University of Bristol, their pioneering approach uses sound waves to move cells without touching them inside standard labware. This simplifies complex lab processes and reduces the need for bulky equipment and manual intervention.
